The first built…
Built in 1905, The Hampshire Stand was the first building at Newbury Racecourse and has been transformed over the years into a welcoming space fit for premium racegoers and high profile corporate delegates. Maintaining its original heritage, this versatile facility is ideal for conferences, parties and dinners, combining a contemporary setting with outstanding panoramic views over the racecourse and finish line.
Highlights include, Wi-fi across the whole building, two reception areas on the ground floor creating a unique boutique feeding space that works well for welcoming guests or post event entertainment. Networking areas and bar are located on the first floor which offer catering space that lead to a private lawn on the track side, amidst the action! On the top floor there is floor to ceiling windows with blinds for full white-out and catering areas for post networking.

Ground Floor & Members Club
Max Capacity: 550
Our newly refurbished ground floor of the Hampshire Stand, is home to our Champagne Hall & Members Club and is a classically unusual space ideal for receptions and networking as well as smaller meetings giving a VIP feel to the event.
First Floor
Max Capacity: 300
A perfect space for break out’s or networking opportunities with a spectacular view of the racecourse and finish line. Additional bar and lounge space allows for more informal requirements in a relaxed setting.
Second Floor
Max Capacity: 300
This large space allows multi use and flexible set ups due to it’s length and width. Four tiers dropping down to the restricted glass wall offer dynamic space for exhibiting also allowing delegates to stretch their legs and enjoy the sensational view.
Onsite Accommodation
The Lodge is Newbury Racecourse’s boutique hotel, which is home to 36 ensuite bedrooms each with individually designed décor.

Newbury Racecourse is 50 miles west of London, adjacent to the M4 and a 15 minute drive from the M3:
