In October 2017 we will be opening the doors to our new conference and events venue The Owners Club, this purpose built facility can accommodate up to 240 guests and has glorious views overlooking the newly landscaped lawns and pre-parade ring.

On Thursday our Head of Sales, Tracy Skinner was delighted to take clients from Venues and Events International, QuinetiQ and Wates Construction on the first ‘hard hat’ tour of The Owners Club as it enters its final stages of development. Our guests, who mainly host medium- large sized conferences were particularly impressed by the privacy of the new venue as well as its convenient location. The Owners Club is situated just opposite the Newbury Racecourse train station and The Lodge, our 36 bedroom onsite hotel and has ample free parking adjacent, perfect for guests travelling to from all areas of the country by car, train or plane.

The Owners Club was described as ‘a beautiful addition to Newbury’ and we cant wait for you to see it too!
