Our Hospitality Sales Executive Rachael Seymour has been shortlisted in the MIAList Awards 2017 for her outstanding customer service.
Since joining Newbury 9 years ago as a casual employee Rachael has worked her way up to becoming a full time employee and has worked tirelessly in her various roles to ensure the smooth running of a wide range of events that have taken place here at Newbury Racecourse.
In 2015, Rachael was also awarded a customer service award through our Uniquely Newbury programme. This was one of four annual awards given to employees who received exemplary client feedback throughout the year. Rachael is a thoroughly liked and a well respected figure within the business and we will all have our fingers crossed for her next Friday when the winners are announced.
