Celebrate This Christmas at Newbury Racecourse

Newbury Racecourse is proud to present for 2019’s Christmas celebration two themed joiner parties across three nights in December. For the first time, two very different themes will be in place within the largest space at the racecourse, the Dubai Duty Free Grandstand.

(If you are looking to celebrate with guests from as little as 10 to as large as 550 both parties can cater for this.)

Alpine Apres Ski Party

Don’t miss out on the first joiner event, the Alpine Après Ski Party. This theme is the most recent addition to the Christmas timeline at Newbury Racecourse. Taking place on the ground floor of the Grandstand, the theme will transport guests into the magical surroundings of a ski chalet, reliving the same vibe as from off the slopes while sipping and tasting the traditions of the Austrian Alps. There is no three-course meal but a unique experience where guests can explore the food kiosks around the room, each serving a variety of food options and much more. Don’t think the night finishes here, from entrance enjoy and dance along to the traditional Oompah Band and await for the DJ’s arrival in the centre podium. Surprise entertainment is also in store preparing guests for a night to remember.

Christmas Under The Stars

The very different yet beautifully traditional, Christmas Under The Stars party is the second joiner event taking place on the top floor of the Grandstand. If you are looking for an evening surrounded by the lights of Christmas, this one is for you. Enjoy the charming entrance as you arrive to the first floor for your welcome drink where you will feel nothing but a relaxed ambience and excitement for your journey to the second floor. Walk into the warmth and the Christmas spirit with the traditional décor in place to get you ready for an evening of enjoyment. Be seated and await a luxury, elegantly served, classic three course meal where you and your guests can embrace and relax in the joyful Christmas atmosphere. Head to the dancefloor after dinner and finish the night with a live DJ and further entertainment.

If you are a larger company looking for a more exclusive party, Newbury Racecourse has a variety of other suites on offer to fit all requirements and needs. We can also assist with private theming if companies are looking for specific décor or entertainment that they would like to have in place for their party. Other suites around the racecourse can host up to 550 guests and are available throughout December.Looking for accommodation?
